If you haven't been to any, perhaps you should and then you can make comparisons? What might be a good site for one maybe different for another.
Having said all that, at least one of the sites no longer exists at all!!

Some of the sites in Bucks are pretty good even if they are on the published list. Some of the more elusive sites can be very good - check the O/S map for likely places. There again I have been to some places that I thought would be no use and they turned out to be spectacular for an evening and then never again.... If you really wanted to 'rate' a place then you need to be in many places at once and do a very complicated statistical survey. Better to fill the thermos and head out for a moon lit drive seeing what pops into view. A word of note - get used to your own company and the thrill of the chase or chance encounter.
