WE'LL MEET AGAIN WHAT HAPPENED?
well without any reason or explanation they have decided to lock it. I personally am very dissapointed with this. It was simply a group of people haveing a laugh and talking bollox...i don't see in the rules above that was against any regulations. We were tucked away in dogging and so hurt no-one. It does seem people are offended by others talking and having fun. It wasn't as if it was a clique or anything...plenty of new people came along and loved the informal nature of the thread....this thread was 127 pages long...and there was a previous one of over 200 pages wrong.
The very least after all that , you think an explanation would have been forthcoming.
does seem they simply want to drive people away....and if that ain't the case well can i say it certainly looks like it from this end.

dean im sure you wil find there is good reason, threads dont get locked for no reason at all, like you said it was doing no harm and was a kind of spiritual home for the midlanders, this top of the page nonsense is what im guessing, posts for the sake of it piss people off, however i await an explanation. that thread has been responsible for lots of folks getting together more than can be sad for other threads on this site

because if its only crime was talking bollox it would have been at home in the cafe if every thread that was on here that talked bollox got locked there would be only four threads left thats why

If we are now limited to doggin and swinging subjects then quite a few people on here will have to leave,,,,,,,,staggy and wild rose don't do anything.......xxdevil69 currently is in no fit state to do anything..

well ill miss it if it isnt unlocked , a new thread will start unless of course im banned from here , but then that would mean banning marms deqano warwick nicey xxx butters gmh snerty and many other names on here , of course if a new thread is started under a new name it will just cause confusion and those that wish to avoid the nonsense wont know not to look will they
what would be the use Staggy.....there was good reason for closeing down other thread...if we started another it would go same way and be locked again....just means the end of a nice community of people that didn't hurt anyone.I think thats sad....maybe they are trying to tell us it is time to move off....sure seems that way

why doesnt everyone contact each other by pm then we could close the forums down completely

am told that others were complaining...because their thread was locked and so said ours should be also as we talk off subject.
does seem that these days fun is off the agenda......you can only talk about the allotted subject.....
Does seem as i said before that it may be a gentle shove towards the door labelled exit !!
all I can say is I'm actually quite upset by it.....I enjoyed loggin on and chattin with openminded friends. I would like to say thanks for the company one and all...

well if thats it then ill join you in being dissapointed mate, let it be a warning to all on here talk swinging doogging or meet ups or get locked , now go and look at how may posts threads there have been today that are about any of the above subjects , then ill ask you mods to lock all the rest you wont have a site here , as long as you dont upset the clique that is

I suspect this thread has been locked because it has out lived it's *best before* date. It was a means of amusing only a handful of posters and as was discussed on the cafe only few days ago, these threads were said to have had their day and would be locked in future after a certain time.
I have not followed the thread but I did read one of the earlier posts in which it was mentioned that the intention of it was to reach 200 or more pages with it.
Posting bollox just to raise the page count is no different than those who post simply to raise their post count. It's juvenile to say the least :roll:
People who moaned about having their threads locked, post count removed, loss of posts when threads were removed completely etc, were told by the mods to get over it and move on. Perhaps it would be advisable to do the same here . . .

Whats the big deal ?? Is it just the big number next to the pages column that matters ? Or is it what is in the thread ?
