that when you are parked up and there is another car with a couple in some yards away. No matter how much room there is around some guy will come up with headlights on and slowly drive nicely between you and sit there with lights on until any cars parked up have drove off. Just puzzled at some peoples actions (yes that happened tonite)

Yes, I had noticed.
It is not at all rare, they will even spend loads of time carefully reversing into a gap JUST big enough for a car...and leave a few inches between the cars. I evn had one guy, where the gap was only a few metres, put his car front into the space....leaving the arse end poking out.
