I think a lot of thought is spent on the classic conspiracy theories, and a lot still goes into designing them; whenever a new event occurs. Conspiracy theorists still seem to be looking for a huge fantastic lie.
But actually there is a lot of just plain lies and deceit which go into the events immediately after the main event, which are often ignored or overlooked. because in some ways these actions resemble more of a conspiracy than the big unproven idea. So in investigating those I think there is more likely to be revealed the cover ups and the conspiring to achieve them.

There is a very simple way to work out if the buildings were brought down using controlled demolition, and that is to work things backwards.
If you were a demolition company and had been asked by the owners of the two towers wtc1 and wtc2 to demolish them, what would you have done.
1) Wired them up for weeks before hand and charged a fortune.
2) Pumped a few hunderd gallons of aviation fuel to the top and set it alight.
Which one is going to work and which one isn't.
If simply setting light to a few hundred gallons of aviation fuel will bring down a building, at freefall speed, into it's own footprint, then I'm off to get a job demolishing buildings.
On a more serious note, if the buildings were brought down by fire, in a pancake fashion (As per the official story), then the 48 huge centre colums would have still been left standing.
Not a few hundred gallons, several thousand gallons. The total fuel capacity of a 767 is over 90,000 litres.
First, the building is not solid; it is 95 percent air and, hence, can implode onto itself. Second, there is no lateral load, even the impact of a speeding aircraft, which is sufficient to move the center of gravity one hundred feet to the side such that it is not within the base footprint of the structure. Third, given the near free-fall collapse, there was insufficient time for portions to attain significant lateral velocity. To summarize all of these points, a 500,000 t structure has too much inertia to fall in any direction other than nearly straight down.
The heat from the fire (800C) was not enough to melt the steel structure but it was enough to soften it, which led to the central columns buckling under the load, which led to even further stresses when the floors pancaked upon themselves.

Never mind the possibilities that the official story "could" be true, that in itself is not evidence that it is. MOSAD admitted that they knew that the WTC was going to be attacked before the event, and we are expected to believe that they didn't inform the CIA? Israel has never denied that she called her top people there and warned them not to go in that day to work. Not one but two buildings came down in an unusual "controlled demolition" fashion. Add to all this the convenience of a fantastic reason (or excuse) for the Yanks to attack Afghanistan, unilaterally if need be and without awaiting a UN resolution? The fact that good ol GW had been on about waging a war on terror for some time, all the while bending over backwards to find a "peaceful solution" to the problems caused by the terrorists of the IRA in Northern Ireland, too convenient and blatantly biased.
And there is still no explanation as to why someone was actually filming the buildings at the time of the crash. Why would anyone film a building, it is static, you film moving objects and photograph those that don't move.
So yes the "official story" is plausible, but the way the events of that day panned out it is too fantastic to be the most logical explanation. I believe the Yanks knew the planes were coming and made sure that the following catastrophe would give them a green light to start yet another war, and force another countries people to accept their so called "democracy", in other words enforced global capitalism under a puppet regime.
Just like Sadam's WMD, this was just another case of the US manipulating events in order to get their own way.
Bush and Blair are war criminals, but don't expect to see them brought to book, the same applies to Obama and Brown for their continuation of this madness. We, the people of Britain and the people of the US are guilty of blind ignorance. We are allowing them to send our children thousands of miles away from home to fight a war that we have no business to be fighting and will never win. We are allowing them to send yet another generation to die for nothing. :0(
