Ok so we all know that there is no such thing as safe sex, no not even masturbation, I tried that and fell off the bed hurting my arm. It is generally about minimising the risk, using condoms, birth control, watch the alcohol intake etc. Then of course there are those that throw caution to the wind and don't take any precautions. A guy was recently (and in my personal opinion quite rightly) charged with "knowingly passing an infection without warning those that may be in danger" or words to that effect. Of course if convicted he will be sentanced as it is a crime he may even face manslaughter charges or even murder charges if as is alledged some of his "victims" have died, the crux of the case if proved is that he deliberately put the women at risk, Police believe that he may have had sex with over 100 women since being informed he has full blown aids. I doubt we will ever know the real number of victims as the women in question are alledged to have had unprotected sex with him on the first date the reason he chose to infect them as he believed this made them whores and it was (he states) a whore that gave him the disease in the first place, many of these women will have had sex with other men not knowing that they have been infected so the list will go on and on. So that is the basic facts as reported and it is not the first case it will not be the last. Today I read a profile on here (no names of course), basically a wife wants to be her husbands slut, not unusual at all, but for him to accept this he states that he has laid down some rules, one of which is that she has unprotected sex with 1000 men this year. So finally my question, if by doing that she becomes infected with aids ?, is he as guilty as the guy who was arrested ? could he, should he be charged with manslaughter or murder if a death occurs as a result of his "orders/request" could he, should he be charged with some form of assault charge if she simply contracts an STD, should she also be charged if she then passes that on to one of the 1000 men ? And ..... are 1000 men going to be desperate or crazy enough to respond to a profile that says they are going to be one of a thousand unprotected sex sessions ?

No, as long as the wife is of sound mind, understands the risks involved and agrees to it I do not see why the husband would be culpable. (Having read the profile in question, it sounds like a joint venture, anyway.) Same with the thousand guys involved - the couple is open about their situation, so concenting participants should accept the risks involved. There is no mallice or deceipt as in the case of the man convicted. (Though of course, lawyers could and often do make a case out of everything). Whether men would sign up for it... many do

Sadly that is very true, y'know for me I don't care if people want to ignore all risks and go for full bareback sex, it is thier choice and thier lives at risk, providing they are honest with thier prospective partners they are harming nobody but themselves and those that choose to bareback with them.
