Which why anyone uses Safari is beyond me, it's utter pants as the main browser, but nontheless
'cos it's Apple, and the Apple sub-species believe anything branded by them is good, sadly
Apple...the triumph of marketing over common sense

Ive always thought that apple products would look more at home in early learning centers bolt

Cos Windows is such a fine alternative? loon
I've got a Macbook and iphone (and an ipod).
bought my Macbook for work purposes as a Windows machine just wasn't up to the job and the only problem i've had in 4 years is a broken DVD drive (£17 for a used unit and 20 minutes to fix- no dicking round finding drivers etc). I've edited numerous broadcast standard TV shows on it, high end corporate videos, music videos, promos and much more- often from the comfort of my sofa.
My ipod was 2nd hand and £ per gig of storage was way better than anything else available- plus it works perfectly with my Macbook
1st iphone cost me £70 from a friend when he upgraded- lasted him 2 years and me two years. just bought a used iphone 4 for £100, both of these have been run on a no contract service (giffgaff) which has cost me £12 (was £10 originally) per month for as unlimited data and as much call/text time as i need....plus it plugs straight in to my Macbook and just works without no faffing.
When i used to run a Windows machine for the same job it cost 3x the cost of the macbook when new (excluding the specialist cards needed for my work which were another £25k) and i broke down at least once a month in some way
Both OS have their problems but i'd take Apple any day of the week over Microsoft (even worse when i had a Windows phone). Your comment sounds like it has more than a hint of ignorance/jealousy about Apple products and seems to stem from the media coverage of the Apple Fanboys who would buy an Apple turd cos its Apple.
Apples plans for world domination take another setback it appears....
i use safari because it works well for me, not necessarily that it doesnt work well for everyone, i just prefer it for some obscure reason lol
