However given that British Gas, like the other big 5 energy companies, are very quick to put prices up due to whole sale energy prices - often decided by another part of the company - they rarely seem to be as keen to bring prices down again in line with wholesale prices.
So milder winter and tired of being ripped off by the 'big 6', so we'll use less rather than pay you any more than we have to.
Happy to vote with my feet/wallet in the shark infested world that is finding an energy supplier that has an open and honest pricing policy, that hasn't been mentioned for sharp practises, illegal selling, taken to court, or fined by what is usually regarded as an ineffectual Regulator.
