any ideas? is it swinging heaven? when i paid up was it a rolling contract or does SH have to hassle me again for renewal.. i feel someone somewhere has turned me over but when googling i find nothing..

Nope, I don't think its sh that has taken your money cos not only is that not their company name but they are also based in the uk .
Contact your bank and ask who the company is and how did they get access to your account.

I got stiffed with an add on bt home page for tooth whitener for sample order on line,i got the sample they also sent the full product(comes in 2 parts) they took in exess of £100 pound from my account.
I got in touch with my bank(phone no back of card you use to buy goods and they got back £55 on 1 part but money was taken out in less than 24 hrs on 2nd part of order.
