I was chatting with another mate of mine the other day and he was asking if I knew of any pubs which had a dart board or a pool table. Now I know I've seen a dart board fairly recently, but I couldn't think quite where, and as for pool tables, well I know there are still some about, but what about the dominoes and cribbage and other traditional pub games. My local has a stock of some games, but nobody ever plays them. I wondered if it's just to do with my locality; are pub games and dominoe leagues still thriving in other parts of the country?
In a little thread, in the "lets meet up" forum, we've bantered about dominoes and cribbage boards....I know, just a typical swinging night out
but what the heck.
