Have you ever had one of those embarassing moment?

When you realise you have said the wrong thing?
Recently I sent a email to all the members of a committee I am on, me being the only female the rest all men. I wrote "please bare with me" and never realised my mistake until I got responses back asking if my hubby would mind if they did?
I am pleased they couldn't see my blushes and that none of them know I come on this site. A few did have to mention it at the next meeting, I just said I asked hubby and he said he didn't mind lol

I did say to my 15yr old son that no he couldn't have a girl stay overnight in his room with him no matter how much he'd tided it up and that he knew I didn't allow that sort of thing at his age. Only thing is i wished i'd not said it in front of him and the girl he wanted to stay over with at the same time. Why? you may ask. Because the girl was a bloody lad with long hair and an effeminate face!
