Oh and I am glad that you do not think calling someone a doughnut is derogatory.

Just for you as I also like a nice jam doughnut.:bounce:
Some very interesting points there Flower, a lot of which I tend to agree with.
1. I don't think anyone can deny the US' involvement in overthrowing regimes through terrorism, though I would stop short of suggesting they have blown up their own people to achieve this!
2. I similarly can not abide an ignorant bigot.
3. Agree on the immigration policy, though I feel we should have a policy similar to that of Canada or Australia.
4. I like doughnuts, but only the "cake" kind
5. Pass...depends on who will make my life better
6. I do not see people as being equal, but I believe in treating everyone fairly.
7. Capitalism is good...
8. I think you are right, nothing new with any of them.
9. I just think the majority of the voting population are ignorant and bigoted (see point 2)
10. I can not abide slang (text speak) or sloppy writing. There is absolutely no need for it. If you are trying to put an argument across and you care passionately about your point, then take care with regards typo's and how you present your point(s).
I`ve been told that I post in here with "hidden agendas" .
Now, I find this a little hard to understand as I generally think that my views are pretty clear cut in most cases but I thought I`d post this for those who find my posts unclear.
1. I believe the USA has and still does finance and promote terrorism throughout the world. I believe that they are not above financing and promoting terrorism within the USA when it suits political ends.
2. I abhor ignorant bigots who look to blame everything except themselves for their problems.
3. I am horrified that the powers that be are unable to give accurate figures about immigration into this country. I think an open door policy is wrong and that proper records should be kept and criminals should be jailed or deported.
4. I like doughnuts and I don`t see calling somebody a Doughnut as particularly derogatory.
5. I`m not a big fan of the Royal Family but I suspect that in a fight I probably wouldn`t be lining up with the republicans !
6. I do not see all people as being equal and I do not think all people should be treated equally .
7. I do not believe that capitalism is bad in itself but I do think that people with money should be philanthropic. Social responsibility should work from the top down and this does beg the question as to just how much money a person needs before they become voluntarily generous like Warren Buffet for example.
8. I think that voting for any of the current political parties in this country is a waste of time because ultimately they all dance to the same tune.
9. I strongly believe that democracy has failed and that the election of the parliament puppets is at the whim of the unintelligent. Don`t get me wrong, I`m not saying that everybody who votes is thick ....just the majority of them.
10. I am a spelling and grammar nazi on various internet forums and when I make typos and spelling mistakes myself, I hang my head in shame
I believe......
1. Most Countries have supported terrorists either financially or with goods including the UK on numerous occasions, of course "terrorist" is a lablel that depends on your point of view at a particular time, to one side you are a terrorist, to the other you are a freedom fighter, sometimes you are a terrorist and later when circumstances around the world change you are re-labelled as a freedom fighter, many of those who fought the Russians in Afghanistan are a typical case, back then the West saw them as Freedom Fighters but those same people now label them as terrorists now that their war is with the USA. I do believe that a terrorist uses terror to progress their views, freedom fighters wage a war against those they believe restrict their freedom, but that is just my opinion. Either might be right to fight but using terror against non-combatants I believe to be wrong. During WWII we in the UK used a lot of terrorist tactics to fight the enemy such as carpet bombing cities, we later decided that this was a bad policy/tactic and no longer use that method.
2. Have to agree
3. Have stated on numerous occasions that we have this wrong and that immigration must be controlled in the way many countries such as the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand do.
4. To call someone a donut (doughnut) is insulting, anything you call anyone can be complimentary or derogatory depending on the context in which it is used, bang into someone while driving down the street and say "you donut" and you might as well say "you tosser" just because you use a harmless word that is not considered to be a swearword you are still being derogatory. Say to someone "your like a donut, tasty, sweet and full of yumminess" then it could not be considered derogatory, why do we use these words for such things ? you might as well say "your a tosser" or "your lovely".
5. I am a fan of the Royal Family, that is the immediate RF who work daily for the good of the Country not the hangers on who use the title for status and gain without actually working within the industry. I admire the Queen immenseley and still working hard at her age, anyone else hoping to be still in full time employment in their 80s ?
6. Absolutely agree, treat em fair, but not all people are equal.
7. Captialism is human it will always be around, social concious is down to the individual it cannot be enforced but it can be taught.
8. The biggest agenda politicians have is themeselves and that means we will always be unhappy with them.
9. Agree, too many people believe the hype we are fed and don't get to see other points of view, a shame reading forums is not compulsary.
10. I try to be accurate with my spelling and grammar but I am an uneducated man, I don't always get it perfect, I won't use text speak, and I won't read something if it is heavily laden with text speak but I do forgive errors.

.....*wondering what Flowers point is and waiting until he clarifies his position before I answer*
10. i don't give a flying fuck about spelling and grammar!! as someone that has to live with poor grammar and punctuation its nice to see people treat those with such problems so fairly and equally
(looks for two faced self righteous pricks emoticon)

I also think that Neil Cameron is the most out of touch ignoramous the tory party has fielded for at least twenty years and that Ed Miliband is actually a real live Muppet .

Cameron's eyes are set too close together for my liking....
What's the difference in political terms between a donut and a muppet?

I think we all know what that is.
Shall I give my answers to the 10? Goes off and scratches head and ponders.:giggle:

Camerons' eyes aren't too close together, the rest of his face is just too big for them
1: True, dat.
2: True, dat. Again.
3: Much easier said than done. We are actually probably one of the most difficult countries to legally immigrate to if your from outside the EU, and even illegal immigration isn't as bad as it's often made out to be, and is no worse than the rest of the world. I'm completely ok with someone sneaking through our borders to escape the war in Syria or a life in Somalia, because, well, I'm a human fucking being. The only real 'problem' is Poland being accepted into the EU despite having a currency far weaker than most Western EU states.
I don't begrudge any Polish people for coming here and working until they can buy a house - if the situation was reversed, I'd do the same thing in a heartbeat (and, having typed that, why on earth aren't we all investing in the Polish housing market. It's as much an opportunity for British folk like me as it is them) - but if companies are going to use increased competition to drive down labour costs then they should be taxed sufficiently to cover the subsequent benefit bill of the people displaced. We need to stop immigration, or we need to stop the naked profiteering from immigration. I'm a fan of the latter, but I'm biased by the fact that I love travelling and have worked outside Britain a few times. But there's a valid argument for both. But the current situation of 'give jobs to underpaid immigrants, then blame the unemployed for the subsequent tax deficit' is, like, living-in-a-volcano-lair-building-a-super-death-ray-gun evil.
4. You donut.
5. Ditto. They're just sorta, well, there. They're a good investment. I'm ok with them as long as that's true.
6. Uh......fighting the urge to go straight for the Godwin button right now.
7. Agreed. The strong should support the weak.
8. Again, agreed. There's nobody on the center left or the center right anymore. I'm a bit of a pinko liberal, but my choices in party are either Center-Right Labour, Lib Dems (lol no. Never again) or, well, we're suddenly into crazy communist country after that. Likewise, on the Tory side, it's either Camerons centralist mush designed to appeal to focus polls and nothing else, or crazy tempered fascist UKIP territory. Give us a range of views and let us decide, please.
9. Erm, we're heading straight for Godwin, do not pass go, do not collect £200 again. The natural end of that argument is 'Only the smart should choose'. What the fuck is 'intelligence' anyway. I can code a computer and I'm paid very well for my talents. But I wouldn't have the slightest fucking idea of what I'm doing on a building site, or how to fix a leaky tap, or how to cook a Christmas Dinner, or how to get drugs past customs, etc etc. Intelligence is ultimately relative to lifestyle, and I'm only smart at the things I like. Street-smarts are more important than book smarts if you live in an East London Estate. Doesn't make you any less smart, just less able to spell 'smart'.
I could never life in a nice 3 bedroom house with 2 kids and a wife who loves me, but the majority could. Should my vote be worth more than theirs because I've read a few books with long words? I'm human, I'm going to vote for my own interests every time. Democracy is broken - it's broken because it assumes people will vote for their own interests with an accurate view of the facts, when in reality people vote on their own interests from a biased perspective sourced from a limited number of media barons who are biased by their own financial investments. That's not democracy failing. That's the press.
10. huh.

hidden agenda's ? thats not a fair claim flower
everytime i post i'm accused of regurgitating from conspiracy websites or i'm from another world or talk rubbish.
i cannot accept your assumption that people on here think you have a hidden agenda more so than they do me. i absoluitely refuse to accept that posters think you have hidden any more than me or that you are any nuttier than me. now remember this, if other people agreed with you, you would be a boring fart with no independent thought and therefore you must question yourself.
now, the war on terror conducted by america and it's nato puppets err sorry allies is a total hoax to serve the interests of american hegenomy. al qaeder is cia and western intelligence and 9/11, madrid trains and 7/7 were inside jobs. the proof is out there in the mainstream media not conspiracy sites. all politicians are compromised puppets on the gravy train and those that are not dont live long.
now who is bonkers with hidden agenda's ?. i gotta be more so than you. best wishes and keep up your good work. regards
