So, anyone know a good mortgage broker who can help us sorry self-employed peeps?!

And no, I do not want to move into your sink Skinny..
There's loads of great properties going cheap in Ireland ..
I have a brick outhouse with a gas pipe, cold water tap, electricity (light and socket) and a small window that opens. You could probably fit a single bed in it and a pot to piss in.
I'd expect you to pay utilities and keep the mice away.
I got a shed you can move into but will need clearing out, new roof and a few panels nailed on (will supply the hammer)
conditions apply :
Dog needs walking
Dog needs brushing
Next doors fecking chickens need shooting (will supply a gun cause I am good like that)
2 fish tanks need cleaning once a week
Right onto me cause it's all about me :lol2:
I have a huge sexual appitite :
I like a bj then a cheese toastie
Bacon sarnies delivered in bed in the morning (bj a must)
Ham and mustard roll for lunch ( bj optional)
salad(aka rabbit food) for tea bj is a must if I do the washing up.
Will leave supper for Pvt PM but doubt I get a reply :lol2:
Hope ya get sorted soon xx .
I used to introduce mortgages...it's much harder now, but I've asked for some info..if I come up with anything I'll let you know.....need to know things like how much can you put down.....loan to value required....any proof of income...accounts, and so on....or not. Don't post in the forum, not personal or financial info. Feel free to mail me.
When you get the mortgage I've found the perfect estate agent's website for your needs!
i have spoken to a finance advisor briefly and looks like I can spend a bit more than I thought. I can upgrade from a shed and possibly look into an attic or a basement..I don't mind doing some work either- I can supply my own hard wood but someone else will still have to help me with the nailing..
