I'm really not wanting to scare monger but I thought it right to make people aware that a swinging friend of ours (from another site) has had photos stolen from their profile and they have been put onto a porn site. They are not the only ones either as it has happened to some of their friends too.
Please remember that any pictures you post on the Internet can be copied so if you're not happy to be put in this situation don't post anything in public which makes you identifiable.

Totally agree, the crap people put about Sydney University, institutions and the like is just that, crap, many judges see possession as 9 tenths of the law, that putting them on a website where they can be copied is givint people permission to download them no matter what you put on that site about not doing so and let's be realists, are you really going to take out a civil action costing perhaps thousands of pounds maybe hundreds of thousands to take someone into an open court and expose yourself to media coverage or fight your case on the other side of the world ?
Even going on cam in chatrooms can be dangerous to those who wish to keep thier identities private, it doesn't happen often and moderators watch for it but it is possible to record what you see on cams using various techniques such as your own webcam or phone.
The answer is simple, don't put anything on any website that you don't want available to the public, put your face pictures or any from which you can be identified into private galleries and send them only to those you trust.

Welcome back!
The Sydney University crap is nothing more than that, just crap. people that post that nonsense generally have no idea about it's lack of legality anywhere in the world.

One of many reasons why we will not put pictures of us up on here or anywhere else. People want to see what fine good looking fuckers we are, then we have a cam. wink

You never know who will recognise you on cam neither unless you open a private room. I was on cam one day when Lee came in from work feeling a little frisky. He bent me over the table and off we go. Next thing you know I get a whisper from an old friend who had literally just joined the site. First cam he switches on is mine .... Just my luck!! My first ever boyfriend is on here too and recognised me on cam!
What you need to be careful of is something called 'fusking', this is a term thats recently come into my attention on forum im part of (non sex/swinging related)
without going into too much detail (just google the term) basically if you upload photos to photobucket with serial image numbers (instead of names or random numbers/letters) then someone (usually someone intent on mischief) can get into your photobucket via the image number from just one of your photos) and steal or 'fusk' the whole lot that are in the sequence (if that makes sense)EVEN if you have your PB account set to private.
the 'troll' thats done this can then upload them to any site they see fit to.....bad enough if they are adult related photos that you dont want getting into the public eye, but whats even worse is that they can also steal photos of your family/kids, if they are in the same sequential batch as other photos.
as i say this has happened on another website im on, whereby some low-life stole some lingerie (quite tame, show us your knickers' type) photos of a young lady via this method, and uploaded them to a pornsite, but as she had uploaded pics of her kids taken prior to the 'knickers' shots they all ended up on this porn site, in amongst some really hardcore porn video-ads which litter each page, that pay for the site.
If i put up a picture on to the internet i do with the mind that from that point on and regardless of where i put its now in the public domain and shud be treated as such. I guess the swingingheaven watermark is a bit of a deterrent to some of the pic collectors and to the average Joanne Bloggs its not so easy to remove. If yer worried your pics are out there use the likes of Tineye to check.
Taint altogether accurate cos I did a reverse image search on one of me gash shots and it returned some of the Grand Canyon, how rude is that?.
