New profile designs - who to contact?

Don't know who designed the new lay-out for the profile, but something needs to be done about it.
I'm not a graphic artist, I'm not a web designer, but it doesn't take a genius to see that its an appauling job! I mean its REALLY bad - blatently poor arrangement. Its self-evident too, this isn't just an opinion.
Why would anyone put a 'Quick information' section half way down a page? - even AFTER the 'about us' section. Its like having the title and introduction to a something hidden away in a document.
The first part of the page is almost blank because of how the little box in the right hand conmer - so all you see initially is the 'mood' of the person when the made the profile. What possible use is that. Why is that top priority?
I don't know how to message the site owners or those responsible for this terrible, 'user unfriendly' design, so this is why I'm postimng in the forum.
Its not that I don't like change - when the chat system and functions were changed it was odd initially, but definitely better and with more functions...great! But the new profile lay-out is truely awful!

If you roll down the screen slightly and look to the left you'll see a 'contact us' link under the heading 'Information'.
Select the 'Press and Media' link and that will take you directly to a support ticket, which is the way to contact admin/the site owners.

There are other new features coming in the not-too-distant future that we're told will fill this space, so rather than create 2 new profile layouts it was felt prudent to allow for them in this build.
