Ultimate responsibility or just plain voyeurism ?

I`m going to assume that all of the Seals were wearing cameras .......
So....was this the ultimate in sicko voyeurism or should politicians and old men sending young men to war be made to watch the consequences of their orders ?
What if it had all gone horribly wrong ?
