What do you go to alone and when do you take a friend

Following a discussion with friends today, turns out that some people are happy to go to various types of events alone, but need to be with a friend to go to others.
Stuff I'm happy to do alone would be for instance, go see a band or a play, a football match or the pictures. I'd certainly want to go to a museum or picture gallery alone, then I could wander round at my own pace.
I could not go camping or holidaying on my own as I'd find that boring.
And I certainly would not go to a swingers club alone unless it was as part of a group meet.
Others feel the same way, or am I just different?

I always want to share the experience with Kitty as we get satisfaction from having the mutual experience together! Even though we both can experience it in different ways.

I am more than happy to go to cinema, football, live gigs alone and have done, i wouldnt go to see a play either alone or with someone ! I would go on holiday alone although not camping cus its not very disabled friendly and i prefer home comforts smile
I would and have happily gone to a swingers club alone, i dont like and now never do group meets at a club although i do enjoy going with my husband but i have also been alone. :)
Oh no I would never want to do everything with my partner.
We have many joint interests but we have many that the other person hates.
On my own I love to
Go shopping, Sasha hates shopping and is like a kid saying "are we finished yet" all the time
Go walking in the wild areas (wilderness not Manchesters Moss Side)
Watch documentaries
Watch movies based on fact
Go online in forums and chatrooms or facebook
Watch a movie if she is playing with another female
MFM's and FFM's
Museaums (nope cant spell that)
On her own Sasha loves to
Watch what I hate on TV such as anything to do with so called celebrities like Chelsea and Big Bro or the Cardassians and Peter Andre. (mainly cos I mutter bad things about those programmes whilst playing on the PC)
Play with other other females
Chat on with her friends
Use chatrooms
Together we like to
Go to swingers clubs
Cook
Clean
Cinema, waterworld, walk the dogs, restaurants
FFM's, MFMF's
Curl up together to watch comedies and romantic comedies
Watch TV programmes like cookery, 4 in a bed, Hotel inspector, Come Dine with Me, quiz shows action movies
Off the top of my head
forgot ......
we love watching the footie together and yes she does know how the offside trap works.
we enjoy working together
Now ...... along similar lines
Who in the house does .....
the decorating
the cleaning
the washing and Ironing
the cooking
chooses the room colours, designs, furniture
And what do you as a simple surprise to show your partner you love them ?
