just had phone call of my son he had to have a ecg today as they found a heart murmur on his army selection and the ecg showed his heart is a good healthy heart so he can go ahead n join up now normally this wouldn't make me smile but seeing how sad he was yesterday at the thought of not acheiving his dream i am now overjoyed all is well and he can go
have a huge huge grin all for him :inlove:

I moved into my mad little cottage 23 years ago today. Hell, it's gone so quickly. I love it here. I look forward to the next 23 years and beyond.

Took my daughter out for tea on Saturday.....Only a carvery and not for a great deal of time but it was lovely to spend a little time with her :-)
And discovering the cars MOT isn't due until January and not the end of the month as I previously thought....

And dare i ask how much the drinks were?
Took the boys to an all you can eat on saturday,the meals were £3;50 each and their drinks came to ! lol

2 carveries and 2 soft drinks came to just under £11 so the drinks were almost £4

After the tireless efforts of my hubby, 3 oldest sons, my best mate and her son, our moving plans seem to be back on track. OK the house may not be in the same state as we left it 5 years ago, but I will get my life back and be able to spend a lot less time on here and more getting out and about (with or without the kids :twisted smile

. Eventually I might get a new kitchen and bathroom into the bargain :bounce:

I have lost 39 lbs in total since 1st May!
5 inches from my waist and 5.5 inches from my hips!
This week I bought some new clothes to see me through the next few weeks cause I'm sick of not having anything to wear that doesn't make me look like a sack of spuds and I'm feeling pretty please with myself!!
