sooo the idea came from Blues winning billions thread and a discussion i had ages ago or even many times ages ago
if money was no object and you could develop your own swinging hotel/complex/club what would it be like

mine would need to be a complex or number of complex both home and abroad emcompassing comunal liviing, hotel rooms, lodges even campsite and caravan site to cater for all tastes, am sure i will have missed some
it would be a number of different buildings within this huge complex from ancient style castles with dungeons to full on spa treatment places separate nudist beaches for the inclined, watersports (the harry jones kind and the conventional kind) basically anythin and everything tattoo parlours, piercing parlours, hair dressers everywhere you could spoil yourself right down to very basic accommodation with slaves
oh and i think museums of all kinds and extensive libraries covering everything basically i would want to build a paradise for everyone to enjoy
and there would be a (polite ) suggestion box
oooh and a farm and animal sanctuary and falconry n stuff

I've thought about this for a long time, as every time I ever went to a club, I thought "I'd do that better" and "I'd definitely do THAT better".
I would never put my money where my mouth is though, I lack responsibility. And I would have to pack everything up and move every time a bathroom got dirty
I would like to see a club that had great outdoor facilities for dogging and cruising, that was totally safe but also completely *real* -- not the mocked up stuff clubs tend to do. I mean, with real land, lots of it.
Indoors, I think I would keep it slightly tacky. I've got no time for posers, so I wouldn't have anything that resembled a night club -style club.
My policy would be that everything goes, every time. Not "bi nights", "fetish nights", "special nights", "GG nights" or whatever else.... Swingers are way too narrow minded generally, they need to broaden their minds :grin:
I would call it The Courtyard --- line in the Eagles Hotel California -- "How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat, some dance to remember, some dance to forget"..... Bit deep but I reckon swinging is a bit like that, of sorts. And yes, I would have mirrors on the ceilings, and pink champagne on ice :grin:
