Get a car definately. Once you get out of PdC, or any of the towns, you can probably go nude on almost any of the beaches - just look around you and make a judgement call. Having said that there are two well known nude beaches - papagayo and famara as well as a nude town called Charco de Palo. Papagayo is a bit too busy for my liking and attracts alot of regular beach crowds as well these days (at least it did before the recession!).
Very occasionally, you will see a bit of naughty stuff going on at the very far end of Famara beach - access by a dirt track and just keep going. Charco de Palo is nude everywhere but no real beach as such.
