The 12th Wigan Munch is now booked for Saturday, 3th December 2011 and will be in a private venue, near to Wigan Town Centre.
The Munch is open to all members of the site who are regulars in either the forums or the chat room and who joined the site prior to 1st August 2011. However, should places still be available nearer to the time, I will open this up to others who joined the site after this date so long as they have become regular posters/chatters in their own right.
The theme for the night is 'Wear Your Uniform' and we are hoping that you will get into the spirit of things and come along in fancy dress, however this is NOT mandatory.
There will be a small door charge of per person to cover costs (full breakdown of all costs available on request) and this is due to the high number of people who did not attend last year and meant that we was out of pocket.
A list of local hotels is available so people can book early and I will include details of local taxi companies. Details of the venue will not be sent out to anyone until a few days before the Munch in order to protect everyone who is attending and to make sure we do not have any uninvited guests.

Woohoo - usual hotel was full on 7 sites - now found one site showing it with availability - booked and paid for - even inc breakfast buffet this time smile
