ok have use of the bbq
its actually a fire pit and can be used as an open fire so its prefereable to burn wood in it that way we keep it burning the whole time.
The grill is not suitable for cooking food on directly but can take kettles and frying pans, for direct grilling we need to have smaller bbq grill which we can put on bricks to raise it up away from too much heat.
you can use charcoal but tends to heat up and go out, with wood we can stoke up in the morning and have the famous pete bacon sarnie and coffee.
Does anyone have a stock of wood ?

You can pick up a 4person dome tent for under £23. Theyre not the best quality in the world but will be more than sufficient for the weekends shenanigins.

thanks for the PM, and yes, the firepit sounds like a great idea, there is a place local to me where we can get all the logs we want quite cheaply, i also have a small stack that we can use.

:dunno: good question, can we have a consensus on this one please folks? The theme is Witches, Warlocks and Pagans (and all things associated) so how many of those attending actually intend to dress up? :shock:
We already have a volunteer (though as yet unconfirmed :jagsatwork:
) to be the human sacrifice, so it goes without saying that that particular member will have to turn up naked :rascal:
But seriously, would be great if we could all “get into the swing” of the thing, how about some costume pics on the thread? Just a thought

The slaves will be 'sold off' to the highest bidder and will spend a few hours at their new master or mistress' beck and call ( whatever that may be )
Every penny raised will be helping me reach my sponsorship target for my trek in October to raise money for a cancer charity.
