Not that I have ever been in one being a lesbian but I am led to believe the Plastic Ivy sauna in Dewsbury is friendly and clean. Hope this helps and good luck !

plastic ivy is clean and well run been there a couple of times, be aware its closed tuesday
avoid like the plague greenhouse barnsley its a toatal dump
the best sauna is rhe greenhouse at darlaston near brum but probably a bit far
there are quite a few in leeds but i have bno personal experience of them
