Update
As the time approaches there are still people sitting on the fence. I have removed these from the main list and put them on the unconfirmed list. I have also made our private group more private by removing all unconfirmed members from the group to allow those of us who are confirmed to share information more freely. If you want to share information about hotels, after parties or even what you are wearing then the private group forum is the place to do it. People will now only be added to the group as they confirm.
Please note again that whilst this is a FREE event for all of those attending deposits will only be returned on the night at the time of your arrival.
