All newbies who ask for an invite will be told the same, whether their request was in jest or not. It's really very simple, if you are a newbie do not expect an invite. Newbies need only be as careful about what they say as the rest of us. However, they should also think before asking for invites to events where it is established members only.
I am not going to engage further in this discussion. The message is clear to all.

If you need a hotel, due to the time of year, it is more difficult to get a room in central manchester than normal, so make sure you book very soon. If you are having problems, let me know.
As well as the Ann Summers party we will be having an eat-in meal - probably Indian, and the occassion coincides with Judy's birthday weekend too :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol:
