Any good NW swinger clubs?

Hi all thanks for reading, hopefully I will get some feedback?
I have been to Adam and Eves club a few times and it was ok. I have heard some bad stuff about Xanadu's, though I am not sure how true they are?
Can anybody recomend a good club to join with a good mix and not dozens of shadowing males following any couples!
I have heard Cupids is quite good?
So please help me out and guide me in the right direction.
Any females or couples wanting to escort me would be most welcome lol

I did have a look at the club guide, but some of the reviews were a little old. And they tend to be based on their own personal experiences rather than what the club offered or who it may appeal to biggrin

Like I mentioned I have tried Adam and Eves and had some great times and some bad times. The last few times were pretty much a none event. I know couples move on to other places, especially if there are a lot of single males.
I was just looking for some feedback on other clubs from people who may not have added comments to the club review. And also who have recently attented a club.
A bit dissapointed that a lot of people have read the post, but only you bothered to respond.

Well I was one of the people who read it, and it wasnt that I couldnt be bothered to respond, its more that I cant help. We have only been to one club and found that it wasnt really our thing. We do intend to try again at some stage but not just yet!!!
I would say that in my honest opinion, personal reviews are the best way to find out what a place is really like and even though a few of them are a little old, you can still hopefully make an informed decision, if only from the number of responses. Also the majority of the clubs do have links to their own web sites, so you can actually have a look at the facilities available.

We tend to go to the clubs quite a lot - so here is our take on the ones we've been to if it helps...
Adam and Eves - got a great jacuzzi and decent pool table, is spaced over 4 floors so can be a bit tired walking up and down to find something decent happening, private rooms are a little bit of a let down, 3 beds where you can have fun, but no couples only area. Do tend to get a lot of single males - but most are polite and o.k. if you say no. All in all - we enjoy going here as is cheap for a couple, so if night isn't great then can go on to somewhere else. If you are a single male though I reckon, unless you have a good personally and easily noticed, it may be better to go elsewhere as a lot of times when we have been you could count the number of couples on one hand.
Cupids - Can get very busy, but can be pretty "clicky", with people staying within their own groups. Has a couples room, the jacuzzi is crap, decent pool table - Tuesday is normally the best night as the weekend gets too busy. Has a few good private rooms, and two cubicles with glory holes if you are into that. Usually a good mix of singles and couples - but mosttimes things don't get going until a lot later in the evening. We like Cupids a lot because we can choose fun in the open on a setee, in a private room, in couples room - whatever we feel like on the night. But if busy, can be a pain as there is no room to do much and rooms get taken quickly.
Xanadus - difficult to say on this one, we went once and had a bad experience, believe it is a lot better now - but have not been since - once bitten, twice shy really.
Liasons - We've only really been here on a bi-night - another club that is thin and on a couple of levels, no private rooms, just 3 big rooms where people gather. Didn't like the club and facilities - but is one of the only ones that does a bi-only night so that is a positive.
Partners - Best wet area of all of them, but the rooms are poor and the setee areas feel too straight to do anything in. Is a shame because the downstairs is brill, but upstairs is crap. Tend to get a lot of bi men there too if this is your thing. Normally a decent mix of singles and couples - though we haven't been for a while.
All in all - if you are part of a couple then adam and eves is good as cheap and isn't a big deal to then go on elsewhere if it is a poor night.
If you are single then probably best bet is Cupids.

Thanks a lot for taking the time to right that lengthy review out, It has helped thankyou.
Will try both Cupids and Adam and Eves first, test the water so to speak.

Havent been to xanadus for about 3 years. Too many single guys "looking" in the couples only room.
Last went to cupids about 18 months ago. Nice place.
Anyone know if Mick and yvonne still go there?

Me and the girlfriend went to Townhouse club in Tranmere was the first time we ever went to a club and was made to feel most welcome the best thing was that there was quiet a few people there but you was never made to feel alone and never pressured into anything.
We ended up going into a locked room to play by ourselves but other could hear us like i said this was our first time in a club but it will not be the last

we like cupids on a tues and there,s a few from here go , it,s not as clicky as some seem to think , if you introduce yourself, or add to a cupids meet up thread you,ll find you,ll be made welcome cool

there has been a few guys who are new come and join up with us and enjoyed it . Thurs is a bit quieter but we,ve been there a couple of times on a thurs and had fun , Liasons is good but not many ( if any ) private rooms , partners has a good wet area. Hope this helps

We have only ever been to Xanadu's, we found it friendly and have a great time everytime we go. The owners, Steve and Lisa are lovely. There are a few single men hanging around, but there is in most places i believe, they don't seem to hassle people. . But if you get any hassle the security is always willing to throw them out. Everybody has there own taste, so shop around lol, and see what you like. There was talk of it closing down but its been put on hold and will be open for a long while yet.
