We are looking to attend our first social event, but not sure what we need to do to secure that invite. Can someone enlighten us please.

Look for one advertised on this forum and add your name. I'm sure you'll receive an invitation if you fit the criteria specified by the organiser.

Thanks, there appears to be an abundance of activity but very little in the South East - perhaps we need to move :-)
