I honestly think you should pick a date Katehenry and run with it. I am fairly sure you'd fill the place without a worry. Currently, most people won't say if they can go or not because they have busy lives. If they know when it is and want to come, they can plan their lives round this event. Great idea!! As with everyone else - definitive answer depends on the date. So why don't you *suggest* a date and then see how many of us would be OK to commit to that? Without a date, the idea won't get off the ground, I'm afraid...
