Brought to you by the Tweekys and Nimbus Event is open to all site members who joined before April 10th 2010. Members who joined after that date can be added to the list at a later date as long as they become active site members. This is strictly a social non play event so please conduct yourself accordingly. Members who are not sure what a Munch is please read this link.

The evening will take place in a pub near the town centre of Bristol. We hope to have use of the entire venue for the event which would be fantastic however this is dependent on the numbers attending. If we do not have the required numbers for the entire venue then we will have a private room within the same venue. Both options fulfill the required guidelines i.e. private toilets and exclusive use of the room or pub. An added extra weather permitting is a smoking balcony.
We have no plans to provide food so please eat before you attend the event. At the moment there is no theme for this event although I am open to changing that should enough members want one (I am a little late getting this thread up and have not had a chance to sort one). We will be providing music but at what level is not yet decided. Any budding DJ’s out there want to give us a hand? Send me a PM I can provide you with a list of equipment the venue has available.
There is no charge for this event but at some time in the evening a glass may be passed around to recoup the event costs, donation is optional. Any profit made will go to the Make a wish foundation plus one other charity chosen by Nimbus.
If you are nervous about attending please contact us and we will try to provide you with a chaperone for evening or at least to walk in with. If you have any disability and require seating please contact us for reserved seats for you and a plus one.
We will be providing name badges courtesy of Midschick36, many thanks for your help.
We have a list of local hotels please PM us for the list. A list of local Taxis and restaurants will be available closer to the event date. Cant attend due to kids? If you fancy a break in Bristol for the weekend I can send you details of a babysitting service that will do hotels. Registration and sitter cost would be roughly in the region of £40-£50

Update July 1st: We currently have 77 people on the list with a few other interested party's waiting to sign up dependent on circumstances. At 80 people we will close the main list and open a reserve list. Members on the reserve list will be offered places when other members drop out or fail to confirm. This is on a first come first served basis. This is also based on us having the private room in the upstairs of the venue. To reopen the list on the basis of us having the entire venue the number of people attending needs to reach 120 at the very minimum. The reserve list based on the entire venue would open at 140 people.
My gut instinct is the Munch will take place in the upstairs of the venue so if you want to 100% guarantee a place then sign up before we get to 80 people on the list or at least be as early on the reserve list as you can. We will not be sending out hotel lists to members on the reserve list unless a place becomes available. So if you 100% want to come or you want to book an early discounted hotel get your name/s down a.s.a.p.
NOTE: Regardless of upstairs only or having the entire venue everything complies fully with Munch guidelines.

Update July 4th: The reserve list has been opened with 83 people already on the list (Up to date figure at bottom of main list). Anyone who now signs up will be added to the reserve list but dont worry if you sign up early on the reserve list you should get a place as people always drop out or dont confirm. Please if you are on the list and can not make it let us know a.s.a.p. so your place can be offered to someone else.
Remember this is based on us only having the upstairs of the venue. If we get to 120 people on the list sometime before August then everyone on the reserve list will be added to the main list as we will then be able to hire the entire venue. The reserve list for the entire venue would open at 140 people
