People confirming and actually turning up are two entirely different things. I did a lot of research and communication with other regular munch holders whilst planning this event and am working close to a tried and tested method. Just as an example we know that roughly one third of guests that confirm dont turn up on average.
Its great to hear you have all booked hotels
however I cant take that as a confirmation so confirmations will need to wait until the start of August.Love Tweeky, your favorite officious twat.

Like I have added above and in the first post numbers are not set in stone. I am trying very hard to get this right! I will be doing everything I can to get as many people as possible and hopefully everyone a place. If the recent sign up rate continues as it has been until the start of August the entire venue hire wont be a problem

Don't know about other hotels, but we booked in at a ****** **** and we can cancel as late as 1pm on the day without any penalty.
