We both thought long and hard before doing this, but as much as it pains me to say it weâ€™ve got to be practical and the reality is this:
As some of you know weâ€™ve been having a bit of a difficult time at the moment and due to dammieâ€™s ill health, we are spending a lot of time going to and from the hospital.
Because of this we canâ€™t go ahead with the not-wedding.
However the non-munch will still go ahead as planned â€“ run as a normal munch.
Rest assured we know people have booked hotels and made travel arrangements and we will not let them down. There are plenty of people who have offered us help and support if we need it so this event will take place come hell or high water.
Weâ€™re sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and I hope you understand are reasons for changing our plans.
And a special thanks to all the people who have been helping us through this (you know who you are) kiss

The only thing that matters right now is that you two concentrate on yourselves , and on Dammy getting better. Anyone who gives a shit will say the same.
Dont worry about the non-wedding, we can wait, the frock is in the wardrobe and it'll be ready when you two are.

Im sure that everyone understands DB. It was great to see you at Notts, and it must have been a supreme effort on your part to have even thought of turning up. Like everyone has said.....YOUR HEALTH COMES FIRST. The munch, in what ever shape it takes can be rescheduled to when ever.

I just wanted to clarify this point so there's no misunderstanding.
The non munch is stilltaking place on the 3rd June. It will go ahead run as a normal munch.
The only thing changing is the not-wedding part.

It's pretty much like a wedding, but it's not a wedding :confused:
There was to be nonweddin ceremony during which she would have had to agree publicly to obey me bolt

As she said above - we're still running the Munch, but because I'm hobbling around like a 93 yo Arthur Rittick, we just simply can't put the stuff together to make it funny enough; and we'd rather not do it than do it half arsed.
I'm still not going to give it all away, incase we're able to do it properly at a later date.

New to scene so need some help if anyone willing to help, have read a lot on site and munchies seem to be the best way to meet and get to know people. So would like to be considered am 43 yrs 5'10 white male keep fit and not to bad to look at, any chance of an invite and maybe someone to guide me through. Also new to forum thingy so please be patient, am 100% genuine.
