Derby / Notts christmas munch is now booked for Friday December 8th 7 -
It will be held in a Private Function Room at a Derby pub. Exact location to be given
nearer the date.
As it's a private function room you could dress that little more daring perhaps (maybe even fancy dress) but
remember it is still only a munch
There will be a Disco and a cold buffet supplied, the room only holds 100 guests so please get your names down soon,
There is a £5 per person ticket price to cover all costs (receipts kept for any inspection)
payable in advance. our christmas social is open to any S.H. member who either uses the
forums or chatrooms.

we now have a volunteer for entertainments co ordinater but would still like a couple more volunteers to arrange the party games etc. so if you've got experience of arranging party games plus can meet locally to share any ideas please let us know.
we've also had a few mails asking how peeps can pay in advance for the christmas social, one way is theres always a group social on wednesdays here in derby where someone can supply the tickets or us and easycome can meet most nights socially or we can accept payment by paypal. please note this will NOT be a profit making night.
