BACK FOR ROUND 2 THE ESSEX / SOUTHEND SOCIAL
JUNE 29TH 2013 Saturday
This will be situated in a wonderful historic location in Southend
Complete with own DJ ( heard a few sighs of relief there ) and open from to
Licensed Bar with a few little social entertainment twists Ive planned
This is a non profit making event and subjet to all the usual social rules ... Due to Venue and other factors entrance will be £6 per person, but I guarantee not like other social events .The first event was very successful...
We will have exclusive use of a ballroom but Vanillia events maybe on close by and you will be asked to behave in an appropriate manor
( this includes not trying to ice swap the DJ or bar staff ) !!!!! or the bouncer !!!!!
The venue details will be kept secret and only revealed to those that have confirmed nearer the time..... Only those on the confirmed list will be allowed into the venue . Those that confirmed last time but did not show up with out informing me will be added to a waiting list
A list of local hotels is available on request .... Please message me ......
Anyone thats a social virgin and a little bit nervous.. dont worry its more a school reunion with a disco, a great way to put faces to chatters and meet new friends . There is a strictly no play in the venue and no sexual obligations on anyones part, Hopefully many on the list will be regular socialites and I will make sure you are not left standing alone and ignored,,, oh course naughtiness in your hotel is allowed as long as videoed ( joke,,,!,)
I really appreciate everyones help and making this 2nd event a mass Success . Ex members and non SH members may also attend

What a fantastic weekend we had in Southend! Great having drinks on the seafront with an amazing group of people who we love and can't wait to catch up with again.
Huge thanks to Gorge for all her hard work in organising the bash, it was in the words of Mav... a class night! Can't wait until the next one

Things I have learnt this weekend,
1. sitting in the sun all afternoon and getting stripey is not a good look
2. 2 very late nights of heavy drinking is bloody hard work!
3. I cannot pick up a butternut squash with my feet
4. Liam suits a rubber ring ;-)
5. .... but not as much as Suedey suits a mankini!
and what I already knew,
Karen is the Hostess with the Mostest - for organising such a great social/weekend
We count ourselves lucky to have such amazing friends from this site - who we can always count on for a bloody great time
Mav is one sweaty northerner ;-)
