Can the above be confirmed or unconfirmed? Do we have toilets upstairs to use or will we need to go downstairs for toilets? Is this an upstairs of a pub that the public normally use? or a function room kind of place? What time are we able to enter the venue? Need this information to advise sitters. Table service has been confirmed, there will be waitresses to bring drinks up from the bar. As of yet i don't know if there are toilets upstairs but i will find that out this friday. It is an upstairs section of a pub with a balcony that overlooks the lower floor. The Bar is open all day with a licence till 2am, i'll be there from around 7pm so i'll be suggesting people start to arrive from

After concerns raised by a few people attending Saturday night it has been decided that on this occasion there will be no name badges (Certain people will be gutted but i'm sure they'll cope, Meridian,Foxy i'll get you a drink ). With it being a public venue it will stop any questions as to why and whats it all about. Lets face it, how hard can it be to ask someone their name????

You have upstairs waitress and if you find out there are upstairs toilets think you will be safe for name badges. Makes no odds to us whatever way as I dont think We have known anyone on this list previous to reading the thread. Going by that I guess our name badges wouldn't mean much to anyone either :lol:
