UPDATE: Theme to be 70/80'S MUSICALS i.e Saturday night fever, Grease, Fame, Flashdance, Dirty dancing etc, this is purely optional and just a bit of fun lol
The venue is near the Arena in Sheffield and we will have it to ourselves. The staff know we are swingers but please bear in mind this is a pub so no playing.....wait til afterwards at your hotels or the club Lechambre is not far away :)
There will be a disco courtesy of the music maestro Gothicduo
There is a limit of 150 people so make sure you get your name down and confirm nearer the time (now have 150 so starting a reserve list, if those on main list dont confirm when prompted a place will be given to a confirmed reserve.......and i will be looking at SHREP and those with positive feedback of turning up will be given priority)
There will be a minimal charge to cover costs which is likely to be PER PERSON but may need to update this (once checked new prices of room, dj etc as been a few years since we used this venue)

Would people please PM me (not post on thread!!!! tut tut cumeetus lol) where you are staying, im getting asked a lot where most people are staying but i only know where a few are, I wont reveal where individuals are staying but point people in the direction of the popular hotels (one of which was on the list ive sent out) Also someone was somewhere i wouldnt recommendand has now switched smile
