Actually you asked me. If you make a post on a public forum, then expect replies from members of the public, of which I am one.
If you responded in private to them and they didn't respond, that is entirely their choice, as it is yours to contact them in the first place. If you want to whinge about it in public to try and shame them into responding you may find the thread locked.
