Hi everyone,
Being the slack buggers that we are - we've only just got round to booking the hotel - only to find all of the rooms are booked in the "first choice."
Has anyone else found this, or are we being selectively rebuffed by this particular establishment?
Also, hands up if you're booked into the second choice?

Looks like there's a distinct possibility we won't be able to make this one afterall..........
Got something important happening very early the next day that we simply can't change. :-(
We have a room booked and paid for at the Travelodge nearby where most people are staying, if anyone is interested in having the room (covering the charge we paid for it) then please drop me a private message and we can sort something out.
Try, can't you change it to the week before/after? ;-)

The next Coventry Social will be on Saturday 2nd JULY 2011
This will be the annual schools out fancy dress social as well as a beach party theme for the more daring. So you can decide what you want to wear. The fancy dress is optional as always for those who want to come as mums and dads.
Being summer and weather/helpers permitting, hoping to do a outside BBQ from - 9pm with a small indoor buffet. Admission will be per person to cover all event costs and maybe extra 50p for those who want the BBQ, final details will be sent out a week before the event. There will be the usual DJ Dell disco for cheese lovers and a bar from to 1am for drinks. Places are limited so be quick
