Been told that Tuesdays at Cupids is better for couples. We've been on Saturday nights, and had some good fun, but are there any cpls here who can confirm the 'betterness', as we've finally found a free Tuesday night (15th Aug ) and we wanna go. Espescialy say Hi if you're going to be there.
Hi - Yes Tuesday is usually a pretty good night in Cupids. Not as busy as the peak of Saturday (when it can get a bit mad), but always a good number of couples and guys in.... Gets a good crowd, as they stay open an extra hour until
Sadly - although I'll be there tomorrow, 8th, I don't think I can make it next Tuesday (15th) when you're planning to go.
But if you wanted to reply or PM me, maybe we could fix up a time when we were both going to be there to say hello? Have you ever been in the daytime, or to one of their parties? Hopefully - if you have a good time - you might be there more often?

Hi thanks for the replies, but we're more of a couples couple though.
Grrrr might not be free now, but it's still a work in progress, Would still like to hear opinions on Cupids on a Tuesday compared to Saturday though, espescially from other couples.
We have only been to Cupids twice - both on Tuesdays- and to be honest we found the layout of the place a bit claustrophobic when, on both occasions, there were just too many single guys around. We tend to go to Partners and always seem to be able to find our own space when the testosterone team are getting a bit on edge whereas at Cupids we found that guys seem to want to stand as close as they possibly can to you without actually making eye contact and pretending that they just happened to be there.
OK, it is a broad generalistion but we do tend to avoid the smoky bar area's of all the Clubs we go to and in Cupids we just find it particularly difficult to breathe in our own space sometimes.

Every time we post a topic on here regarding Cupid's, and our potential visits, you post a message about how you don't care for the place. Fair enough, if you don't like it, however we do and all we are asking is if Tuesdays are better than Saturdays for couples. Yes we can see the place's faults and judging by the website, Partners does look great in comparison, but we first discovered clubs through Cupids and feel a sense of loyalty to the place as it has always served our needs, and continues to do so. To summarise Too Hot, Whilst we respect your opinions about Cupids without necessarily agreeing with them please only reply to a post with an answer to the question posed.

Sorry, perhaps we should have written, " Please only reply to a post of ourswith an answer to the question posed". We didn't mean to infer in anyway that Too Hot was breaking any rules, merely that we were finding that every time we posted regarding Cupids, the same criticisms were being made by the same member(s). And that it was becoming rather tiresome. Once again we're sorry if this has caused a problem, however it was something we had to get off our chests.
