It's my 29th birthday on Tuesday the 1st of November and in honour of the event (and after going to a munch and discovering that you're not all a bunch of homicidal maniacs) I thought I'd see if anyone fancies going for a curry in South Shields (given that it's got the most dense concentration of curry houses anywhere in the world, including India, and is easy for me to get to/from).
The plan would probably be to meet up in a pub first and then decend upon a restaurant, to stuff ourselves with spicy goodness. Depending on timing and suchlike this may also be followed with a small social gathering at our house.
For those that asked (well Fabio actually), this would provide (health/fatigue willing) an opportunity to meet my better half, as well as a chance to chill in a slightly less hectic environment than a munch.
Edit: Since nobody's expressed an interest so far I would be ameanable to changing the date to one that was more convenient for people (or indeed going out on my birthday and again another time). Let me know here or by PM if that'd be a good idea and suggest some dates. I'll need to check with Mrs. DP's diary (she's a very busy woman) and see when she's available and not likely to be completely knackered.
