Hi folks - right pubs in the Dam! Where do you start? lol

Depends what you want really. The Luxemburg is a good old fashioned Dutch bar and there are plenty of good bars on the Zee Dijk at the end of the red light area. Within the redlight area itself there are also some good traditional bars apart from the Old Sailor.
Muligans Irish Bar is good for live music if you like that sort of thing.
To be honest with you, I live outside Amsterdam and therefore only know the well known places. I do however know where good bars are and if people want a bit of a pup crawl on Friday night then we can meet up and decide what sort of thing you are looking for - wether that be traditional Dutch, live music, ex-pat, new chic etc.
I would be happy to meet up at a central location/ boring bar that everyonr can find and take you walk about after that.

I am away for a week and arrive back on the Thursday via ferry from Newcastle so we will have to make plans before next Wednesday.

My trip home is going to be very much a family affair - which I am looking forward to, do not get me wrong.!
If I can get to your part of the country and/or get sick of family affairs you will be the first people I PM to try and escape to! surprised

Right we now have a room spare room for a cpl`s only ,As the cpl that were going with us has now dropped out so if you want it just pm me and will give u the info on room price

Awww....Fun4two.....Saturday nights......bliss!!!!! I live on the memory of my night there.
Just to look at all the pretty people in fantastic underwear, and to partake in their grill and buffet. Get there as soon as it opens and get into the restaurant area. Then head to the tantric massage room before it fills up. Have a soak in the pool. Even the changing rooms are stimulating.

The five of us that made the pre-munch meet last night have managed to get our bearings and if we're going bar crawling tonight we have about twenty to get through all in the one square ........... terrible shame that innit??? :twisted:

Well what can I say ? Have never laughed so much in my whole entire life !
Sorry we had to leave the munch early ................. but Steve was in no fit state to stay !
He bounced off every building as we walked back to the Hotel !
