The Munch is definitely going ahead, the room is booked and paid for, and the details will be sent out by PM to those attending soon.
Chardonnay has had a berevement in her family, which has left her without the necessary time, or inclination required to run the munch. We did consider cancelling it, but we have decided that it's best for me to take on a lot more of the day to day running of the list, dealing with PMs etc.

Can I just say how sorry I am to hear about Chardonnay's berevement, naturally she can always find a shoulder to cry on here at SH.
If there is any small way I can help you with the Munch Mr Discreet, then I will do what I can.

Chardonay! I'm gutted to say this, but I have to attend a conference in Sheffield from the 4th to the 6th. I couldn't believe what I was hearing.
So I cannot come to the munch! sad

Just wanted to say, change of plan and I am coming after all.
I live about 45 minutes drive from the venue. I have peeps staying over but still have room for more. So if you're stuck for accomodation feel free to pm me for a bed, couch or space on the floor.
May do a bbq (braaivleis with boerewors) on the Sunday, depending on hangover and weather.
