I'd suggest a hotel room - arranged with guys from here. Daytimes around London area often works for me, as I travel to London most weeks and often have a free morning or afternoon. How does that sound? I'd be happy to pay a share of the cost of the room - or if you can make it into central London, I might be able to accommodate the event in a nice hotel around Westminster / Victoria.
