Well - the sun's out, the sky's blue, i have a free afternoon and a nice Westminster hotel room at my disposal.....

Fois gras parfait, on a brioche bun and served with caper and raisin puree, is also on offer, but you'll have to get your skates on for that 'cos it's on the lunch menu & they stop delivering that on room service at !!
