I need Londoners' advice, please

Hi folks,
I live abroad but will be visiting London for a week for business. I am a 51 y/o man, very highly educated, gentle and friendly. Can you advice me please:
1) about pubs or bars where there is a better chance to meet single mature and high-classs ladies for occasional companionship (not hookers!)?
2) what is the attitude towards single males showing up at swingers' clubs?
3) what is a munch? who is expected to participate?
4) I am sraight but bi-curious (and inexperienced). Is it a good idea to go to a gay pub/club/sauna?
