Maybe if you filled your profile out and added what you are looking for and what you have to offer in return. This would help people work out if you maybe compatable with their wants and wishes. Just stating what you want as you have probably noticed wont get you far.

According to your profile you have been on here 20 years so i am sure you should have picked up a few pointers in all that time. Reading some others profiles may well give you some ideas. Possibly add some more pictures ie dressed / face/ (these can be put into a private album and not on show Then sent on request if need be ) and not just a single picture of your genitals. I have found the more effort you put in the more you will get out of it.

I very much doubt it, in my opinion you're playing a very well worn sympathy card that most if not all will simply write off.

Why would your birthday and being 'very lonely' encourage anyone to consider contacting you?

In some respects it comes over as being lazy, attempting to play on heart strings but doing pretty much nothing else to entice others. It says you've been a member 20 years yet your profile is almost as barren as mine, no details for members to get their teeth into, a solitary photo and not a lot else.

Honestly? It's not going to happen, at least not as it stands.
