Not aware of any Meets/socials but if you want to try a swingers club instead you have one just outside MK in arousals 
But if it is a meet you want with lots of people socialising and getting to know each other, why not organise one, I did (not near MK thoug) expecting over 100 people and it's going to be a great night, it was easy to organise and would recommend anyone to have a go :)
