Liaisons - Good or Not Good? (thinking of going)

Hiya.
I keep hearing wildly varying opinions on Liaisons - is it a nice place to go?
The last review posted on here was in September 2004 - what's the crack?
Is it like Marmite - love it or hate it?
To keep it relevant to this board - we're planning to go out on Friday night - no-one's really replied to our earlier thread about going to Cupids, except Gingerjo who's going to a GG night at Liaisons. We're thinking of going there instead but are a bit wary based upon differing views.

Liaisons is a small, fairly basic club. If you want lots of facilities look elsewhere. If you want a very friendly club with a very lively atmosphere then you will like it. We have been regulars there for 4 years and have not found a better club. And we have tried most. It's like anywhere though, you have to try it and see for yourself.
A greedy girls night is possibly not the best night to go unless you are actually looking for gg action. We find Sunday afternoons are the best and busiest sessions.

Liaisons is very friendly, very clean, a more "intimate" atmosphere than the bigger clubs, but there is always something naughty going on. I wouldn say if you want girl on girl action GG night is not the best night - try the couples night on Saturday.

The best thing to do is go once and see if you like it. If you don't, just leave lol

. Hearing other people's opinions is good but everyone is looking for something different, and what one person likes, another doesn't. Go and see for yourself. :lol:

Well we travel from Tyneside to go to Liaisons. As other people have said, what it lacks in upmarket facilities, it makes up for in the friendliness of the people.

we have been to leasons a cple of times its small but perfectly formed ( or is that the mrs ??) a club we like allot just dont get chance to go as its quite a drive for us. Superb atmospher in the place very frienlely and welcoming .Definatly worth a visit

I agree, it's one of the best, although basic - no marble statues, but who cares? smile
