Therefore we are now seeking all those on the list who haven't yet done so (yes some are that keen to come they've confirmed already) to confirm that they will be coming along.
Don't Panic !!
We realise that it's still the middle of the summer and that some have yet to have their holidays, which is why we are seeking confirmations by Friday 28th September please, i.e in the next 7 weeks.
So there's no need to rush.
This will then allow those who cannot attend :sad: for whatever reason to be replaced by people on the Reserve list and provides them with sufficient time to make their arrangements regarding travel, accommodation, etc.
All those within the Macc Socials 'private' Group have been messaged directly.
