Am guessing this will be run exactly like the majority of SH socials/munches: an invite will go out from Wunderhorse a few days before with all details on it. This is to protect people's privacy etc, venue details will not be public.
Well, that's what he did at previous Liverpool Socials anyway.

Answers to your questions...
Under the rules, I can only give the actual venue
7 days before the Social. The Social is located in Liverpool City Centre but nice private room for us.
Good question.. am going to have new Profile Photo's for your pleasure up within the next couple of days.
That way you'll know who I am.
Can't give any clue to the venue but as I've mentioned it's approaite & this is the 4th Liverpool Social that I've organized.
Don't worry, you're in safe hands.

As I have mentioned earlier in this thread people that attend my Social can only come if they are members of this Website.
I do realize the difference between a Social (what am arranging)& a Munch.
Yet several members that are attending the Liverpool Social have informed me that, they would feel uncomfortable or even not attend if non Swinging Heaven Members where invited. Due to being concerned around their confidentiality.
I know other Social arrangers allow non members to attend their events but the respect for members privacy in my view when I arrange events is always paramount.
So you can still attend the Social but alone due to your Ladyfriend being a non member.

The organisers of socials and Munches will release the details to all on the list via PM about a week or so before the event. It's to keep everything private. Details must not be passed on to anyone else.
So yes, you'll get a message but if you look at Wunderhorse's original post I think he gives some details and he'll have a list of local hotels too if you need one.
I've been to a Liverpool social before that he organised and it was a great night - am sure you'll have a fab time.
There is a thread at the top of this forum which gives you more info about site socials and munches - might be worth having a look.
