Robert1961 - The South Bank sounds good - but as its right on my doorstep would it seem selfish going there? :giggle:

Oh a plan is forming ................. not only that but CQ and her toothy bottom can make it too :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

rotflmao :rotflmao: :rotflmao:
If we're meeting at 0830, should we start with a breakfast in Covent Garden?
I was expecting a more civilised start - around 1200 - leaves plenty of time to have a few and get poured home after.

Paul4fun - Markz says you have his sense of humour - now give it back to him please as he will need it for 17 September :giggle:
If you do Walt Dogs we can go on to Raquels afterwards.... be a shame not to.
Hey all (newbie alert)
Noticed your posting and am interested in coming along if no-one minds?? Will be out of contact range for most of next week but if you post on here what the final plan is, (as well as some directions from a tube station, am a new londoner and still get lost easily redface ) then I'll try and make it.
Pubs sounds like a really good idea, btw.

I am also starting my Salsa classes again on Monday - in Holborn area from 7pm till 9pm - but you can carry on dancing till later. A fellow male SH member who came along a few times said - I have never had so many partners in one night (dancing partners of course wink ) It's great fun and you WILL be able to do some basic salsa steps at the end of the evening. PM me if you wanna come along

Salsa Classes is something I have thought about for ages, its just finding the time.
maybe you can show us a few moves when we meet up.
As for going along the South Bank i suggestd that as it got so many pubs withing staggering distance of each other, i love it, and if its your home patch you gat lead the charge

we will just have to put ourselves through it
it may be painfull but its all in a good cause
metting other and makeing friends is all it really about
having to drink is just a side product
Just got invite what is the next night out smile
If the weather is good why not a picnic in Hyde Park or some thing. hamper champers and fun
so just to check
we are meeting on sat 17th
early
place to be decided
maybe for breakfast
then move on through the day
via various pubs
to end up somewhere
very drink
is that right
Maybe not so early, but I would imagine that alcohol might play a part.
Any of you Essex couples fancy coming in for the afternoon?
Robert1961 - we are meeting Saturday 17 Sept and I expect it will be around 3 pm (ish). I think the breakfast thing was a joke lol I will pm all those who have said they are interested early next week with a meeting point, time etc. No-one has objected to drinks around South Bank locality so it will more than likely be that way. Speak now or forever hold your peace :giggle:
I may even put a list here so we know who is coming along.
i am holding my peice but its slipery and wet and keeps falling out...
MikeC

Thats a pity i was looking forward to an early start I really do like my
double sausage, double bacon, double egg, tomatos, hash browns,
fried slice, and chips, with a big cuppa tea in the morning
OK folks - I have just realised its the Mayors Thames Festival on 17th and 18 Sept - so South Bank will be mega busy with stuff going on, which will be brill
As there will be crowds about, and some of you may get lost, shall I be Teacher and have a register to check us all in and out of the pubs lol
