we would love to travel down from sunny old scotland for this if you`ll have us cool

can we have a list of nearby hotels pm`d to us thankyou when you have time,many thanks
p.s leave it with us but if you don`t mind i will let other scots know about this and see if we can get more to attend as it`s only 3 hours down the road for most of us and promises to be a belter of a night by the looks of it cool

I have to be really strick with this and say that only SH members will be allowed to attend.
I also have to say that people who cannot be vouched for by a regular member from the forum or chat room won't be added to the list. Sorry.
The list is getting very full know and we will have to think about closing it soon if people keep coming at this rate. :shock:

sorry i think you have misunderstood me and i u,i was going by your first post edited yesterday re still plenty of space left,we can be vouched for by many many members in the scots chat room as being very very genuine having attended munches and parties many times before,i also think i was misunderstood by saying would it be ok to ask other scots members down if space by that i meant sh members that we know are genuine that use the sh scots chat room i.e friends we know have attended scottish sh munches
hope this clears things up but kinda got wrong impression from your initial first post stating there was plenty of room left and i thought we might be able to assist and get more numbers for you rolleyes

is this munch for manchester members only? as i thought munch`s were for all regular/genuine sh members if you could clarify we would be enternally grateful,as can be seen from our profile we travel regular to blackpool etc so this would be an ideal oppertunity to meet more nw sh members thanks

Any member from the site who has attended previous Munches is more than welcome, especially those wanting to travel hundreds of miles to attend.

Thanks for thinking of us. :cheers: We want this night to be a complete success and it's word of mouth (or chat) that's going to help make it great. biggrin

There has been some dispute over the number of people the venue can comfortably take. Hopefully this has now been resolved and we'll be able to set a limit.
ALL those that are on the list are confirmed a place. We have not reached the venues stated capacity limit yet. biggrin

can my hubby and i be added to the list please we would love to come down.
We are regulars in the scots room and know hedo and tempbunk as they are both now friends with us.
We have been to many of the scottish munchy's and will be vouched also by one of the ops woohoo for verification that we are genuine members..

easy or sassy can u please put the user name "ronnieanddave" down on the reserve list they are a very genuine sh cpl ( male/female although the user name suggests different pmsl :twisted: ) and known to us all,they are away from their pc just now but would also love to come infact where would a party be without them lol all us scots would be extremely grateful if you could make them reserve for the first available space
